Natalie Almanza

As our receptionist, Natalie is the first point of contact at Coleman Law, ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported. She handles scheduling, directs calls, prepares appointments, and ensures a comfortable experience in our office. Natalie may also assist in collecting payments, providing a seamless and efficient client experience. While she does not provide legal assistance, she plays a key role in keeping communication smooth between clients and our team. Her calm and helpful demeanor reflects Coleman Law’s mission to provide elite, compassionate, and client-centered support. Natalie is currently strengthening her knowledge in Estate Planning and Real Estate, with an eye toward eventually becoming a paralegal. Outside the office, she indulges her love for cars, often attending car meets in Tallahassee or her hometown of Quincy, and finds solace in painting and winter hikes.
