Nikka Ustaris

Nikka is Coleman Law’s Global Operations Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience leading cross-functional global teams and building efficient, scalable operations. She’s a graduate of Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, a path she chose for herself despite being raised to pursue the family business or politics. She’s Six Sigma Green Belt certified and was recognized as Best Operations Manager from 2015 to 2018, posting perfect scorecards in 11 of those 12 months.

Outside of work, Nikka is a proud mom, coffee lover, foodie, and animal enthusiast with a house full of dogs and a clan of cats. She loves cooking, discovering great food, and giving back through anonymous acts of kindness. Her philosophy: give without asking for anything in return, love like there’s no tomorrow, and laugh like it’s your last.
